Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or has a proven manufacturing fault.

To qualify for a return exception, you must provide photo documentation of the issue within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Antique Items
All antique pieces are sold AS IS and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please request additional photos or details before purchasing by contacting us at info@thenarrativeshop.com

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (chocolates, candies, cookies)

  • Skincare and self-care items (face masks, makeup, tools, face rollers, hair clips)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift card. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the credit amount.

Exchanges
